The first release
Those who find wonder in moments that are profoundly simple and innocent are the ones who most personify our settlers. They gravitate toward nature, as well as each other. The first and most rare opportunity to embrace the vision for Kane Island are 16 homesites, the largest and most idyllically sited on the island. A place with privacy as well as space, connected but set quietly apart. Estate homesites that welcome visions of any scale, quiet retreats to family compounds — almost all enjoy accommodating deep water access.
Introducing 16 Waterfront Homesites
The “new settlement” homesites rest along Kane Island’s north shore. Delineated by time and the ebbing flow of tidal rivers, each of the sixteen, sites are abundant in size (1.3 to 4 acres) all enjoy beautiful river and marsh views. Almost all have deepwater access, with those docks preapproved.
The Settlement’s entirety is embraced by the flowing arms of live oaks and the cool dark green of magnolias, providing comfort and shade in summer and privacy year-round; every tree has been identified, studied and protected to preserve the forest’s natural integrity while offering ample building sites.
With the world-renowned Secession golf course across the water, the horizon is commensurately pristine; and each homesite lies within a stroll of the many island parks and folly’s, the restaurant, marina and outfitters, and wellness retreat. Here is ample refuge and privacy, yet all within minutes of downtown Beaufort, shopping and healthcare.
